Valentine’s Dinner Menu

February 13th, 2021/ Message FB for RSVP or call 943-3615
Saturday pm 6pm socially distanced seating, mask required

$150 per couple includes a red rose, card, and champagne/ $100 per couple for dinner only

Baby spinach salad: topped with craisins, dried apricots, local goat cheese, pumpkin seeds, & a port wine vinaigrette. Accompanied by local brie, fig, and prosciutto crostini

App: Seared scallops with parsnip puree/beet reduction (available as vegan option using king mushrooms)

Entrée: Pick one per person
Local short ribs with herbed mashed potatoes, ginger & honey carrots, cabernet demi
Or: Citrus Roasted hen with petit roasted potato, Spring pea, and prosciutto hash

Dessert: Chocolate cherry mousse with chocolate covered cherry
