Now booking 2017 weddings.  We travel!  Bear Brook, Audubon of Concord or Auburn, your outdoor venue or indoor hall.  Buffet style, BBQ, drop offs, or full service! Let our staff ease your mind by taking care of the set up, food, flowers, rentals, and much more!!

BREAKFAST SAMPLE MENUS

THE OFFICE CONTINENTAL: $8.50 per person
Freshly made assortment of scones muffins & fruit salad, with Java Tree locally roasted organic coffee

THE WORKER BEE: $10.50 per person
Freshly made assortment of scones and muffins, local jam, butter, &     fruit salad, with granola, and yogurt, oj, and coffee station

THE SUNRISE: $11.50 per person
Scrambled eggs with local cheddar and veggies, or cheddar and ham or     bacon, wrapped in a flour tortilla. Served with homefries, and coffee station

TOP OF THE MORNING: $15.00 per person
Coffee station, oj, loaded veggie cheddar scramble, bacon or     ham, homefries, assorted bagels and croissants

(Muffin and scone assortment include… berry, zucchini, apple cinnamon, banana walnut, chocolate chip orange, lemon poppy, lemon ginger)

All displays delivered in baskets and decorative platters, chaffing dishes, and serving utensils.
Paper goods not included in price per person but can be purchased for an additional $1 per person.

OFFICE MEETING PACKAGE #2: $12.95 per person
Full assorted signature wraps, choice pasta, tri-colored potato salad, or house made chips, and dessert platter

OFFICE MEETING PACKAGE  #3: $15.95 per person
Full assorted signature wraps, choice of green salad, chips, desserts platter
Add assorted beverages to above packages for $2.00

Signature wraps include your choice of the following:

The Willow:
All natural chicken, baby spinach, corn, caramelized onions, pepper jack, cajun ranch

Dogwood:
All natural chicken salad with walnuts, apples, craisins, and apple aoli

The Elm:
Roasted all natural turkey, vine ripe tomatoes, hardwood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, red onion, and avocado

Roasted Veggie:
Lemon hummus, olives, organic tomatoes, baby spinach, and roasted seasonal veggies, cukes, and carrots

Dill Tuna:
Fresh spinach, and lemon dill aioli, avocado, and cukes

Local Roast Beef:
Rare roast beef, sundried tomato, caramelized onions, and arugula, and boursin spread

The Beech:
Roasted all natural chicken, house made bbq sauce, baby spinach, roasted corn, sautéed onions, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese

The Caesar:
Local romaine, parmesan, hardwood smoked bacon, all natural chicken, tomatoes, and Caesar dressing

Black Forest Ham:
Local black forest ham, local apples, cheddar cheese, baby spinach, blackwater cranberry mustard, and red onion

GREEN SALAD SELECTIONS

Butternut
Baby spinach, roasted apples, candied walnuts, goat cheese, and dried     cranberries, and roasted local butternut squash

Beet:
Local romaine, roasted beets, cukes, red onion, gorgonzola

Robie’s Caesar:
Organic cherry tomatoes, lemon croutons, fresh parmesan, and chef made Caesar dressing

THE BLT:
Organic romaine, diced bacon, cherry tomatoes, and tomato basil croutons, with an avocado & bacon dressing

Roots Simple Green:
Local mixed greens with cukes, shaved carrots, and grape tomatoes

SIDES

EGGPLANT CAPONATA:
savory yet sweet roasted eggplant, grapes, capers, tomatoes, onions, and celery

CHICKPEA SALAD:
Balsamic dressed chickpeas, capers, celery, feta, assorted squashes, and kale

PASTA SALAD:
Italian dressed and assorted veggie (available gluten free)

SMOKED FISH DISPLAY: $12.95 person
Smoked salmon, and trout, cucumbers, capers, red onion, tomatoes, three sauces

ANTIPASTO: $9.95 per person
Cured meats, marinated vegetables, mozzarella, pesto chicken

PATE: $6.95 per person
Mushroom, and other assorted pate garnished with dried fruits and nuts

FRUIT & CHEESE: $8.95 per person
Local selections of cheese and seasonal fruits

CITRON VODKA POACHED SHRIMP COCKTAIL: $3.00 per shrimp
Served with seasonal marmalade and lime infused cocktail sauce

THREE DIP CHIP: $3.95 per person
Pita, kettle, and tortilla chips, accompanied by our own hummus, guacamole, salsa, or corn & black bean dip

SAMPLE DINNER MENU

DINNER PLATED or BUFFET STYLE
(pick two from the following entrees. Prices vary with your selection)

FROM THE SEA:
#1. Pan seared salmon, blackened or Mediterranean
#2. Fresh Cod with jumbo shrimp served in a freshly made seafood broth
#3. Scallops, shrimp, lobster in a tarragon cream sauce or saffron scampi
#4. Chef inspired seasonal Catch (market price and to be discussed with the chef)

POULTRY:
#1. Stuffed tender chicken medallions in a lemon thyme Jus, stuffed with spinach, wild local mushrooms, and bread stuffing (gf available)
#2. Chicken picatta, lemon, capers, and seasonal veggies
#3. Roasted chicken dinner with sweet potatoes, celery, local carrots, apples, and onion  with fresh herbs
#4. Chicken or turkey pot pie (seasonal veggies, house made gravy, and local potatoes
#5. Braised ½ chicken confit with local mashed potatoes and root veggies

VEGGIE:
#1. Roasted veggie puffs with roasted red pepper and basil puree
#2. Vegetarian shepherd’s pie or veggie pot pie
#3. Butternut squash ravioli with sage brown butter

PORK:
#1. Tenderloin with whole grain mustard and bourbon glaze
#2. Seasonally stuffed tenderloin pear/apple/cranberry chutney
#3. Award winning Prive smoked ribs with Karolina BBQ Sauce

BEEF:
#1. Herb rubbed marinated tenderloin / local wine demi glaze
#2. Asian marinated flank steak
#3. Beef tenderloin with blue cheese fondue and baby spinach
#4. Moroccan spice rubbed grilled sirloin
